John
Collings, PhD, MCC, is an experienced coach and life consultant for his
many clients. With over 30 years of business experience with Fortune 500
companies in executive-level and |
leadership
positions, as well as 'rank
and file', John has a broad base of practical experience combined with
strategic vision.
John’s
expertise lies in his ability to help clients bridge the two worlds---of
profit and people---to find solutions that are congruent with the deep
authenticity that is required of today’s leaders. With his broad base of
coaching experience, John has been able to readily discern gaps, between
what is and what is wanted, to collaboratively find ways to achieve
optimum satisfaction in life and work and play.
John’s
primary focus is the establishment of a congruent inner life in which
intuition and practical knowledge combine to provide a ready resource in
times of quick decision-making for long-term, global gain.
For
today’s executives faced with the many challenges of a fast-paced and
dynamically evolving world, John is a refreshing, in-the-moment respite

John
Collings is the owner of HROD offering professional services as a coach
trainer, life and career coach, executive coach, group process facilitator
and consultant in small business planning and development. John’s
professional expertise includes over 30 years in business as a manager,
trainer, and organization development specialist. He was an Internal
Consultant on Organizational Behavior while working at Scott Paper
Company.
John
has done organizational consulting with Verizon, Continental Plastics, Fox
Chase Cancer Research Center, GFI, and Telecoms of the Republic of
Singapore.
He has
over 15 years teaching experience in strategic planning, organization
behavior and communications on the faculties of Johns Hopkins, Goucher and
Villa Julie Colleges located in Baltimore, MD.
John’s

John
graduated from The Union Institute with a Ph. D. in Organizational
Behavior and from Antioch University with a M.A. in Business
Administration. He has adapted his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior,
Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master
Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a Jungian
orientation into his coaching and consulting.
John’s
community interests include serving in a leadership capacity in the
planning of a Wellness Center in his hometown of Annapolis, MD. He is a
competitive swimmer and an avid sailor.
